Installation: (Download des Programms)
Den Ordner  C:\temp erstellen.
Die Datei itshfbc.exe nach  C:\temp  kopieren.
Starten (mit Doppelmausklick links auf itshfbc.exe)
Nach der Installation  C:\temp entfernen.
Programm von Windows Start/Programme/ITS HF Propagation/ICEPAC aus starten.
